How to Use:
1. Install the app on your mobile device.
2. Launch the app.
3. Enter the support key given to you by your support agent.
4. Allow your trusted agent to connect to your device.

Let the agent troubleshoot your device as if they were there.
GoTo Resolve uses Accessibility service in order to provide full remote control of this device during a GoTo Resolve session. GoTo Resolve does not track or control any action or behavior through this service outside of a GoTo Resolve session.
