FermentApp
About FermentApp
Our app includes 16 step-by-step guided recipes, each with alerts and notifications that will guide you through the whole process. Starting with easy recipes like Quick Pickles and Sauerkraut, you'll work your way up to more challenging dishes like Kimchi – our graduation recipe. All the recipes are vegan or have a vegan option, and we're constantly adding new ones!
The app is available in both English and Spanish and covers topics like fermentation and pickling techniques, hygiene and cleanliness, problem solving, recommended tools, and more. Our lesson index includes an introduction to the course, a breakdown of fermentation and pickling techniques, and a fermentation decalog.
We have big plans for the future of FermentApp! In addition to continuous lesson updates and additional content, we plan to include new seasonal and extra recipes in the course. We're also considering a newsletter service for FermentApp users, expansion packs with new courses covering specific topics like koji, vinegars, milk, vegan cheeses, regional ferments and pickles, drinks, and more. Collaborations with chefs and experts will also help us to cover new content tracks. We're also working on adding user profile and community tools, recipe customization, and personal cookbooks so you can create and publish your own recipes.
Join the FermentApp community today and start your fermentation journey! If you have any suggestions or feedback, we'd love to hear from you.

When using old terminals, like our friend Felipe does, the animated logo is displayed distorted because it doesn't support webp files. We have fixed this behavior so that Felipe doesn't get upset.
