- • Users who have not verified their identity will now receive the same messaging throughout the app when trying to view available and pending results.
• Users will see the following changes when scheduling appointments: an updated text/phone call informational disclaimer, new messaging and options when trying to book an appointment that has already been taken, and in some cases, wait time will no longer appear for some locations.
