The agent-first model

Open /dashboard and you land directly in Sophia's chat. Modules (CRM, Pipeline, Calendar, Campaigns…) are still there, accessible via the sidebar, but most workflows can be triggered by simply telling Sophia what you want.

Sidebar collapsed by default

Sidebar starts collapsed because the chat is the primary surface. Toggle it to access modules directly. Your preference persists across sessions.

Risk-based action approval

Every action is classified by impact. The platform decides what auto-runs vs. what asks you first.

Low risk: Auto-execute
Medium risk: Auto + notify
High risk: Queue for approval

Sending an email to a client is high-risk and queues an approval card. Reading your inbox is low-risk and runs silently. You can override the defaults in Sophia's settings.

Open the dashboard
Navigate to /dashboard, the chat is your home screen.

Connect Gmail or Outlook
Settings → Integrations → connect your email so Sophia can read and reply.

Tell Sophia what you need, she picks up context from whatever page you are on.

Approve high-risk actions
When Sophia queues an approval, review the action card and click Approve, Edit, or Reject.

Privacy

PII is anonymized before AI calls

Names, emails, and company names are replaced with pseudonyms (Contact-1, Company-1) before being sent to the LLM. Responses are de-anonymized transparently before display. Your CRM data never leaves Kiwi in raw form.

Can I disable specific actions?⌃

Yes, Sophia's settings let you toggle each action category and adjust risk levels.

What does Sophia remember?⌃

Your business profile, top clients and brand voice inform every response, alongside the facts and directives you pin in the Memory panel.

What happens if Sophia makes a mistake?⌃

Reject the response in the chat, Sophia records it as feedback and adapts. You can also remove memories that turned out wrong via the Memory panel.

Do I have to use Sophia?⌃

No. Every module is still accessible via the sidebar. Sophia is an interface, not a requirement.
