Levels
Women Home Workout includes 3 levels for every Workout that are
- Beginner Level
- Intermediate Level
- Advance Level
~ In beginner level all the workouts are arranged for a woman that has just started Workout. The purpose of this level is to provide only those exercises that are easy to do and mostly are used as warmup.
~ In intermediate level all workouts are arranged for a woman who has consumed his time in workout before and workouts are relatively harder than beginner level.
~ In advance level are the workouts are arranged for a woman who is specialized in workouts.
More Options
You can select time of rest manually. Also you can set reminders of your free time on which the app will remind you to do Workout. You can also set goal of the days on which you want to do the workout.
~ In routines option there are other workouts for women like Morning warmup and Sleepy stretch time. These workouts are to be carried out before and after bed. Morning workouts are 10 in numbers whereas sleepy stretch has 13 workouts.
