How does Sticky Goals work?
- Create goals that you want to achieve.
Surfing through your mind for important things you could forget and sorting them out can be very exhausting. It consumes vast amounts of your mental energy on daily basis.
Write down everything important and throw away everything else.
- Choose goals to focus on.
From the goals, that you created, choose specific ones to work on. Don’t stop before you finish them.
- Store your finished goals.
Don’t forget what you have achieved
- Develop life spheres that important for you.
You could work on all of them, or you could develop only one or a few - it’s up to you.
- Get positive feedback from the application before finishing the goal.
Sometimes it's hard to start working on the goal. It seems that goal is too complex and the stress of starting to work on it is too big. Sticky Goals will help you in a way by immediately providing in-app reactions and motivating you to do small but significant steps to achieve your goal.
Regularly update your boards and keep them up to date.
Choose a consistent period that is comfortable for you to sort everything out. Be it a morning routine with a cup of coffee or weekly revision on weekends.
Stick to it.
All your life consists of small and big steps. Sometimes you do them without control and are not present in the moment.
