The patientMpower app can help people living with Pulmonary Fibrosis, a Lung Transplant, Asthma, LAM, COPD and other Lung Conditions, Kidney Transplant, and Heart Failure. It gives you the tools to manage your condition and take control of your health. The app should only be used when prescribed by a medical professional and you should reach out to a medical professional before making any decisions based on the use of this application.
