This app was created by me, a software developer who struggles with social anxiety and negative thought patterns. The exercises and insights in this app are inspired by sessions with my psychologist.

About Mindshift
The exercises and insights in this app are based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The insights are designed to give you an understanding of how a negative mind works and how to change to a more positive mindset. The exercises allow you to put these insights into practice.

The aim is to do these exercises regularly, preferably every day. The result is a diary of challenged thought patterns. Be sure to measure your happiness level after doing the exercises. A change in your happiness level should indicate whether the exercises are working for you.

Nothing you write will ever be shared with anyone. Mindshift does not need an internet connection. Data is stored in an encrypted database file on your phone. Google's default auto-backup feature, which automatically backs up app data to your Google Drive account, is disabled. To delete your data stored in the local database file, simply uninstall the app. Mindshift requires no permissions other than Google's billing service, which is required for in-app purchases.
