How it works:
- Complete an application within minutes.
- Select your location, and find rooms near your work or college.
- Book the perfect room by filtering results based on price, parking, room type, etc.
- Move-in within 48 hours!

- Pay your membership dues weekly or bi-weekly.
- Chat with your PadMates to coordinate house rules or ask house-specific questions.
- Get house details right from your Member Dashboard! Check the Wifi Password, Lock Codes, and PadMate info in one place!
- Stay in the loop with notifications on upcoming payments, new PadMates, maintenance ticket status, and more!
- Submit maintenance tickets.
