I designed my ML.Fitness App for women that want to have fun, structure and accountability during their fitness journey.

The ML.Fitness App focuses on functional training and getting results at home! Dumbbells, resistance bands and kettle bells (although optional) will be helpful on your simple fitness journey.
I also created multiple programs using ONLY your body weight, so you can still get a hard workout in, NO EXCUSES!

You’ll find a variety of training programs such as FAT LOSS, FUPA, BACK FAT, BOOTY & THIGHS, HIIT and so much more! You can follow these programs yourself or with a partner, and I, Mr London, promise you… it’s going to make you SWEAT!

There are monthly challenges that will keep you on your toes you can join, that will boost your MOTIVATION. The live workouts will take place in ML.Fitness private facebook group with over 17,000 women all on the fitness journey with you!

If you’re someone with limited amount of time during the day, no problem! You can choose the length of time you home workout for. It can be as little as 12-15 minutes and still get a good sweat on.

My app doesn’t stop with home exercises, I also have a special feature that will help put together a personalized meal plan just for you! Whether your goal is to lose weight, Tone up or maintain, the meal plan will provide you with the right macronutrients you need daily to achieve your goals!

Remember, the meal plan is there to guide you in the right direction with sensible food choices, not stop you from eating your favorite meals. Your simple diet plan will be customizable, tasty and packed with all the nutrients your body needs!
