The most difficult task in running a business is managing people. That is why large corporations have an entire human resources management department dedicated to these.
However, maintaining an entire HR department is not a good idea for a startup or small business. You cannot manage all employees on your own. That is why we created axtrax to assist you in managing employees. Axtrax will track employee attendance, work hours, calculate payroll, manage employee leaves, and export reports for you, your company, and your employees.
Everything will be done on an Android smartphone or tablet. Axtrax will convert your device's existing camera to scan employee QR code ID cards and even design the employee ID cards itself.
How to use axtrax.
- Add employee groups.
- Add employees.
- Generate & export employee QR ID cards.
- Scan employee cards on clock in and out.
- Manually clock in & out employees.
- Manage employees, add leaves, fire / deactivate employees.
- Export payroll reports in both PDF & CSV formats.
